Summer Camp

Hunter Ridge offers a fun and educational summer camp program for children aged 5 and up. Campers will spend the day riding, grooming and bathing the horses, as well as learning about horse anatomy. Campers will also learn about all aspects of proper horse care, including feeding, hoof care, equipment use, and more–all while having a lot of fun!

Camp runs from 9-2. $400 per week for regular lesson clients and $500 per week for new or seasonal clients. Before and after care available for $20 per hour (must be arranged before the first day of camp).

$100 non refundable deposit required to hold spot. Balance due the first morning of camp week.

Campers should bring lunch and snacks, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and any other normal camp stuff. Hard soled shoes (sneakers or boots) required at all times. Long pants recommended for riding. Absolutely no flip flops or crocs.

The farm has a fridge, a microwave, a water fountain, and two bathrooms for camper use.

New for 2026: Advanced Camp

This new camp experience will be a 3 day immersive experience for our more advanced youth riders. Camp will run Wednesday- Friday from 8-2. Campers will assist with morning barn chores, have a hands on horsemanship clinic daily, and a group riding lesson. Daily themes will include: First Aid and Basic Horse Care, Horse Show Preparation and Trailer Safety, and Groundwork/Gridwork.

Dates for this camp are : July 15-17

Cost: $400

Limited to 6 spots - riders must be currently jumping small courses to be eligible
